Description

The Great Western 26xx was built originally for coal work between Swindon and Aberdare. built in early 1900. The prototype was numbered #33. Between 1900 and 1907, a total of 80 were built numbering from 2601 to 80. Many saw service with coal and other mixed freights, while others could be seen pulling passenger trains. Due to the war, many were withdrawn around 1934, and by 1949, all had been withdrawn for the scrapheap.

Here we have stunning example of the Aberdare numbered #2600, pulling a mixed goods train along the line. This fantastic model was completely created by Matthew Shearer :icongoldwoodthomas:, and I bought it from him for the low price of $8.00 US.

I highly suggest you people go out to THIS WEBSITE thebritishlocomotiveworks.weeb… AND GO BUY IT. IT IS :icon9thdoctorplz: :iconsaysplz: ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.
