Admiral Grant of the U.S.S. Pheonix oversees a joint Federation-Romulan scientific operation on the edge of the Beta Quadrant. Given the nature of the mission, it was deemed necessary that several well-armed Federation and Romulan starships be present at the location of the two stations.

This is a great render, nice to see some Starfleet/Romulan images that don't involve blasting each other. Thanks for including some of my own work in your images, when people do this it gives me the incentive and motivation to continue releasing files.
